HVNS Hosts
Our great team around HVNS Host Philipp is always there for you. They are your contact persons on site and will support you in all matters. You can reach the team during opening hours at the reception or by e-mail and phone.
Parcel & Mail Acceptance
Parcels and letters that do not fit in the mailbox will be accepted for you at the reception desk. We will inform you via e-mail when a parcel has arrived for you.
Washing & Drying
In the basement you can wash and dry around the clock without having to leave the house (subject to charge).
Borrow Household Appliances
At HVNS there are a number of different household appliances that you can borrow at the reception during opening hours. Either free of charge with your Member Card as deposit or for a small fee.
24/7 Self Check-in
Our self check-in allows you flexibility and a relaxed arrival.
Events
Take part in events and activities – exclusively for HVNS members. Whether it’s a cook off or get-together in the Lounge, there are plenty of opportunities to meet your neighbors.

You will find a bus stop and the S-Bahn almost right outside the front door. But Hamburg is also great to explore by bike.
Your bike is safe and dry on our bicycle parking spaces in the basement.
If your preferred travel mode is by car, you may rent an underground parking spot. Contact booking@hvns.com if you would like to make use of this option.
You are safe and secure with us: All entrances are equipped with transponder key intelligent locking system. The building entrances are closed outside office hours. In addition, all shared spaces are video monitored.
